Aside from commissions, I also teach historic methods of sewing. I have done this in museums, at shows I exhibit at and privately in my own or the students home. I also teach modern sewing courses in Staffordshire.

Museums
Delivering talks and interactive sessions to the public and school groups, in partnership with museums such as Tamworth Castle.
Teaching historical clothing making, maintenance and repair, to either living history or theatre standards of accuracy.
Schools and Higher Education
Teaching historical sewing methods- bringing history to life through dress decorations, forgotten sewing techniques and engagimg talks. All delivered in clothing recreated from that era, along with my own exhibition of antique textiles.
